Zucchini Cakes

I love zucchini and fresh veggies, but after a garden loaded with them we got tired of grilling, baking and sauteing them...sooo let's fry 'em up!
Ingredients:
1 Large Zucchini Shredded and Drained
2 small garlic cloves minced
½ small cooking onion finely diced
½ cup chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire 
1 egg
1-1/2 cups (depending on moisture of zucchini) unseasoned bread crumbs
¾ cups of parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
½ cup olive oil for frying
Directions:
Shred zucchini and drain or squeeze in a cheese cloth.  Add all the above ingredients.  Make into small balls, flatten and coat with remaining bread crumbs.  Fry flattened zucchini cakes in oil.
