Soy-Ginger Italian Long Green Beans
My favorite new vegetable!
For Two:
-a few handfuls of fresh beans
-fresh ginger grated
-soy sauce
-garlic minced
Mix ingredients and saute until heated through, yet still crunchy and full of flavor! Enjoy on the side of a pork cutlet :)
