Dijon Chicken


2 chicken breasts; pounded fairly thin
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
handful fresh rosemary
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients.  Marinate chicken for at least 1-2 hours in refrigerator.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Flip chicken and bake for another 10 minutes.
