Grilled Flank Steak

mmm.....doesn't it just make your mouth water!


Flank Steak for 2
Ingredients:
1/2 Flank Steak
Marinate for at least 2-6 hours in:
1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic sliced thinly
1-2 Tb.  Teriyaki Sauce
1-2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1-2 Tb. Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper 
Grill on High Heat for 2-3 min on each sides to cook outside
Grill on Medium - low Heat for 20 min 
Take off Grill and let sit for 5 min
Slice very thin on angle.
